These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HaulSoCal website and services provided by WebThrive, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or scheduling a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
HaulSoCal provides junk removal, hauling, and related services to customers in Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team prior to the scheduled appointment.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided online or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before any work begins. You will not be charged without your explicit approval of the final quote. Pricing is based on load volume for junk removal jobs and distance/load size for hauling jobs.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, and will notify you as promptly as possible.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- All items to be removed or hauled are legally owned by you or you have authorization to dispose of them
- Access to the property is available at the scheduled time
- Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, biological waste, etc.) are not included in any load — we do not haul hazardous materials
- Someone is reachable by phone to approve the final quote before work begins
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. We reserve the right to charge a fee for returned payments or disputed charges that are found to be unwarranted.
6. Damage & Liability
Our team takes care to protect your property during every job. In the event of accidental damage caused by our crew, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the value of the damaged property up to the total amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left in areas not disclosed during the quote.
7. Prohibited Items
We are unable to haul the following items:
- Hazardous or toxic materials (paint, solvents, pesticides, etc.)
- Medical or biological waste
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Propane tanks or pressurized containers
- Any item illegal to transport or dispose of under California law
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by WebThrive, LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated in these Terms. We do not guarantee specific timelines for donation or recycling of removed items.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebThrive, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
